If you require your order quicker than 7 days, please contact me here to enquire as to whether it is possible. There maybe an additional postage charge for this.

UK Orders to Mainland England, Scotland and Wales & Northern Ireland
Order value £0.00-£19.99 is charged £3.00
Order value £20.00 upwards is charged £4.50

Orders will be sent to the delivery address that you provide when your order. We cannot take responsibility if this address is incorrect. We will always get proof of postage with whatever carrier we use, so if anything does go astray we will try our best to track it down.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We currently only offer UK delivery through our website. However, if you live overseas and would like to place an order, please contact us here and we can let you know the cost of the delivery

RETURNS
If you are unhappy with your order, please contact us ASAP and we will do our best to sort the problem. Unfortunately, our personalised products are NON- REFUNDABLE due to the bespoke nature of these items, however if there is a fault at our end then we will replace your item at our cost. If it is a fault with yourself then any rectifications will be charged to you including postage fees. You will have 14 days from the date of order to contact us to sort the problem out.
